NGC Product Solutions offers ROTOmax™ by RESISTOFLEX® large diameter lined pipe, fittings, and complex shapes for corrosive and abrasive applications throughout Western Canada.
For high-volume process flow applications requiring large-diameter piping, ROTOmax™ offers an economical solution for corrosive and erosive services. Available up to 72 inches, its plastic-lined construction also helps minimize scale buildup.
ROTOmax (RESISTOFLEX® Large Diameter Pipe) provides lined piping systems up to 72 inches, with HDPE, polypropylene (PP) and ETFE liner options. The product line includes lined pipe, fittings, flanges, spacers and custom shapes for a wide range of industrial applications.
When properly specified for the service, plastic-lined pipe and fittings provide a zero corrosion rate.
For more complex requirements, custom-lined configurations such as manifolds, elbows with process branches, and ASME code and non-code pressure vessels can be produced in diameters up to 161 inches, depending on the configuration.
